We are headed to our baby!

We received travel approval to go to China!!!!! We are scheduled to fly out Dec 7th and will adopt Shu Ping Dec10th. So much left to do now......... and little time to be ready:) Praise God, we will be back in time for Christmas with Bobby.............. we arrive back home Dec 20th!

Shu Ping gets our package in China

We sent Shu Ping a package that included a family album of us, doll babies for all her friends, a disposable camera for the nannies to take some photos, and an outfit for her. I sent the outfit guessing her size at a 3 toddler. The pants look like they may be a little loose, but now we have a better idea of what to pack. We were surprised to see how fast she is growing!

Bibi proudly took the photos into school today and showed the pictures off. Shu Ping's future teacher posted her picture on the board to help the children in k-4 prepare for their classmate's arrival.

I could barley go to work after seeing her pictures. I am so ready to be on that plane! -Donna

Getting Ready for the trip

We have been officially approved by the government of China to adopt Shu Ping.



We received our LOA last week. We are expecting our Travel Announcement in the week to month. Our agency thinks we may travel in the middle of December. I bought a laptop, got skype, and started this blog. Once again we are in the waiting phase. When we get an update, I will post another note. I plan to upload pictures and some video from China and let y'all know how things are going. Zaijian (Good Bye in Chinese).
